Which version of Creationism would be taught with the evolution curriculum for the students to engage in debate about?

"Creationism" is already being taught in public schools, although it has nothing to do with the biology curriculum because it's usually taught in physics/astronomy classes.

The particular version that is taught is called The Big Bang Theory. According to this theory, this universe had a definite beginning some billions of years ago (estimates vary) and thus was not just "always there." Now, whether this had anything to do with a "Creator" or not is anyone's guess, and as that really isn't a scientific question to begin with it can't really be investigated in the context of a science class. However, it is also taught that there are constant, universal, eternal, immutable "laws" which determine how the universe came into being and how it behaves. Almost like some kinda Logos or something... but I digress.

Anyway, this is the version of "Creationism" that is currently being taught in public schools, and as far as I'm concerned it is exactly what should continue being taught unless and until a better scientific theory replaces it.
