G-d spoke at Sinai to every human who will ever live.
Thanks for posting this article. Anyone who has researched or studied religious history with an open mind knows this information, but the vast majority out there - no matter how moral - are simply unaware of it, let alone having seen it in so coherent a format (the Johnny Appleseed boo-boo notwithstanding - it is, as stated by others, merely a bad example or analogy that does NOT defeat the core argument presented).
I, for one, am unable to see how any person who utilizes the logical faculties that G-d provided him or her could fail, in light of the words of the Bible and the logical presentation of those words and of historical facts, to have the knowledge that the Torah was and is The Truth, passed by G-d to the Israelites, and to thereby have faith that G-d would abide by His promises in the future.
Oh, and by the way, the Torah states that the Word of G-d (i.e. His promises to the Israelites/Jews) is forever (a “covenant”). It is specifically stated that following any person, even if that person does miracles, is blasphemy UNLESS that person also preaches obediance to both G-d AND to all the laws and principles of the Torah.
Just my humble opinion.
Oooooooooh! Ooooooooooooh! GOOD stuf!
(Just when you think you know everything .........)
Your "humble opinion" sounds spot-on to me!
Thanks!
