Fellow Islamic Freepers. We are so misunderstood but the Free Republic now tolerates all religions, even polygamous ones, and dissent is not permitted. We are now free to discuss the finer points of doctrine within Islam.
So, regarding the topic of disciplining your wife which of the above passages do you feel best expresses what Allah and his Prophet, the one True Prophet btw, intended.
How do you apply this to your daily life and how do you feel it has helped you become closer to the One God and his Prophet.
( Remember this is only for positive uplifting conversation among Islamic Freepers and absolutely no bashing, criticizing, reasonable discourse that doesn't agree shall be permitted per the uniformly applied rules of such matters that are regularly enforced for other religions )

Ok. Just trying Maha Rushies illustrating absurdity through absurdity.
I shall repent and not do this sort of thing again.
BTW: Moderating religions must be a tough job.

Is it okay to post a phony caucus? I mean, there are Mohammaden Republicans, but I don’t think any are around here.

So, regarding the topic of disciplining your wife which of the above passages do you feel best expresses what Allah and his Prophet, the one True Prophet btw, intended. Those are all mistranslations.
You are quoting the Prophet out of context in an attempt to ridicule the Religion of Peace.
You have to understand what the Prophet was saying in context. You are not sincere.
You haven't read these passages with a sincere heart and asked Allah to reveal to you whether they are true.
Here you have a promise: Take a copy of the Koran and hold it gently and reverently to your breast and then pray to Allah to answer you whether this book is true and if you are sincere in your heart and believe, nothing wavering, then you will get a burning in your bosom.
Infidel!
