Needless to say, I’m looking for a new church home at present. The conversation took place with a Minister at a Methodist church in Overland Park, Kansas. I will not reveal the church or Minister’s identity, as I’ve not received (nor asked for) permission from them to do so.
It is a hard decision to leave a church body that you have a relationship with.
I have found the group of my dream and heart.
They are radical Bible believing, spirit filled Christians.
It is not a denomination but churches that relate to each other. They use the New Testament apostolic model of church leadership. Most churches use a pastoral model.

It’s incredibly difficult, but I will maintain relationships with a couple of the ministries led by strong Christians.
A seminary friend of mine is helping our search, and we’ve identified a couple of really good candidates. One thing I’m looking for is a church that will provide a great learning experience for my little girl beyond the standard pre-school.
The idea of my little princess in public schools is horriying to me right now.
