Do you think of Jesus as a genius?

Another version I’ve heard of : about 30,000 years ago homo sapiens and neanderthal species co-existed. There is some fossil evidence in Israel of co-existing H.S. and N villages sharing the same region and resources. Then there was a cultural explosion within H.S. as to art, language, better hunting skills. For the next 11,000 years H.S. out-competed N, the last Neanderthals dying in a gibralter cave about 19,000 years ago.

Now this is all tenuous archeological evidence to be sure, but if it all hangs together as the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle then it points to an alien DNA “bump-up” some 30,000 years ago, not 5767 years ago(the adam and eve story). From DNA drift rates biologists have determined that there WAS a Homo Sapian “eve” in africa between 125,000 and 250,000 years ago(the mother of all living human beings today).

Another find was the “neck” in the mitochrondrial DNA drift rate(another type of DNA)between 70,000 and 80,000 years ago. This meant that the number of homo sapiens was reduced to a few hundred individuals, say 200-300, at some point back then.

This was a big mystery until a volcanologist looked at it and said : OH, that was the tuba(sp?)supervolcanic eruption in indonesia 74,000 years ago. A vast crater of 15 miles x 15 miles was suddenly injected into the stratosphere, creating a nuclear winter. Complex organisms like homo sapien quickly died off in that 3 year long winter. Neanderthal, having more insulating hair, and better adapted to winter conditions, survived better than homo sap.

Thus mystery solved, and showing that the rise of homo sap to world dominance has been a long and complex story, with many offshoots(nature’s evolutionary trials), dead ends and final triumphs. As to the adam and eve story, if GOD didn’t create abel’s, cain’s and seth’s wives, where did THEY come from? Gotcha.

You can “bump-up” the DNA of a human population with a few pioneers but the molding environment quickly winnows out winners and losers. God created the universe, HE can even alter DNA patterns but Darwin the Scientist is spot on, it’s the competitive ENVIRONMENT that determines survivors. Like the “super bugs” that evolve defenses against anti-biotics, we’re the “super bugs” that have survived everything nature has thrown at us. And in the world to come, we always will...

It has been definitively shown that apes, monkeys and we as 99% genetic chimpanzees arose in africa. Of course we all started in Africa, long, long before there was an america(do you know where the name “america” comes from?). But some of us didn’t STAY there, there was a big world out there to explore.

Some went to asia/europe, some eastward. There is a rough dividing line thru the middle of china. Some on the northern half went to the north american continent to become what would be called “indians” by Columbus, the japanese are also of that strain. The ones that went south became the thais, vietnamese, polynesians(all the way to Hawaii), etc.

Anyway, although the human race STARTED out from africa, it’s a rich and complex picture now; a growing TREE if you will, rooted somewhere in the sarengeti plain but with branches all over the world.

Language(s)also have this “tree” form. It has been shown by russian linguists that most asian/european languages began around lake Van in eastern turkey as 2 now-forgotten parent languages, basque and laplander being the exceptions.

Bottom line : there are bible/koran pounders whose knowledge is limited to their religious beliefs. Then there are those who see the world in a wider scientific perspective. Which are you?
