I’ve done PT in the Army where over half the troopies were either tripping or recovering from LSD. Maybe I was reading too much into it, but it indicated a morale problem to me.

I’d think the sermon might indicate the position and beliefs (such as they are) of the Unitarians.

A drunk congregation just means that it was a heck of a holiday party.

I have attended many Unitarian Churches, Frankly, I have no idea what "Unitarians" believe. I know only the group I associate and feel comfortable with. (Quasi Christian)?

Some Unitarian congregations are just plain off the wall and I have nothing in common with them, but you can't pin an accurate descriptive label on "Unitarians".

A drunk congregation just means that it was a heck of a holiday party.

And it says something about the "sacredness" of the Midnight Mass doesn't it?

The thing is, it is a mistake to paint the Unitarians or the Catholic Church with a broad brush based on limited experience.

what "Unitarians" believe

They dumped the Trinity. Whatever else they have is simply to have something to do with the time saved.

They dumped the Trinity.

More accurately, the later Christian Church added the Trinity theory several hundred years after the Church of the Apostles was organized.

By golly those crazy Unitarians may be more faithful to the early Church than the "Trinitarian" variety.
