folks'll think they're cherubs.

Until you look into their glowing red eyes ...

How are you!?!

I've been wanting to get Lasik for years, but my wife worries too much that the doctor would mess up and I'd be blind. I've never quite understood what the whole Undead Thread thing is about.

She could slap wings on the backs of the little fellers while they clean and folks'll think they're cherubs.

But if they're hanging upside down, it's more likely that people would mistake them for bats!

The Undead Thread is a social event.

So, no opinion on the bifocals?

I'll check back later, I need to drive my son to his drum lesson.

While I've got your attention, what do you think about no-line bifocals?

Well, you didn't ask me, but I don't think much of 'em. 8-)

I've had glasses or contacts since I was eleven, but never a need for bifocals (I have a feeling they would drive me crazy though).

Why or why not? I haven't ordered any yet, so I'm trying to make up my mind.

Look---

Advertise them as 'Cherubic Cathedral Cleaners'.
Use gold harnesses, big poofy wings and heavy duty fishing line on a pulley system.
Hoist them up, swing them around and let them swish and swath at stuff to clean.

You'll make a mint!

Thanks!
And Vlad!
He's a year old now? Wow!

Seems like yesterday the little fella came into the world.

I'm sure you would never belittle anyone.

I don't know how I could look someone in the eye, and call him that at the same time.

My brother had no line "trifocals" and it almost drove him insane. He went back to his bifocals and he loves them.

I have glasses for only far vision. I have to take them off to read or I can't see up close. Wouldn't know about bifocals.

If I come to that bridge, my opthalmologist told me she'd recommend weak "reading glasses" for me instead. She said I'd only use them when my eyes were tired and that I'd get a headache with bifocals because the far vision correction is so major as compared to the minor "tweak" for near vision.

I need glasses for driving and watching TV. I can see fairly well up close. Not as well as I did a few years ago, but then I practically had x-ray vision.

I wouldn't get Lasik ever since I watched the episode of the Simpsons where Ned's eyes disintegrated one day from the Lasik surgery he had done 25 years earlier.
