Simple, there is no comparison as there is only one GOD.
Interestingly, "Elohim" is the plural of Eloah.
Homer says something like; "Not for nothing Apu but when they were handing out religions your people must of been out taking a whiz."

Read the whole thing, but pay special attention to about halfway down the page. There's a little something about the supposed "virgins" which if true, is going to piss off a lot of Mohammedans.
You need to read a book by John Hagee titled "Jerusalem Countdown". It helps you to understand this!
Nothing in the Torah,Psalms or prophets supports your statement in fact it contradicts it so many times it is laughable.
Please cite some verses from the Torah that supports your claim or apologize for calling all Jews pagans.
I don't look to the OT for this position.
The NT is sufficient.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the Jehovah of the OT.
The Jehovah of those who call themselves Jews today is not the Lord Jesus Christ, therefore not the Jehovah of the OT.
Not difficult.
If there is only one God, you wouldn't need to use qualifiers like "Islamic" or "Christian"
There are an infinite number of gods; only One living.
The Muslim use of the word "Allah" for their god was simply an imitation of the Christian Arab use of "Allah" for God for centuries before Muhammad robbed his first merchant.
The Lord Jesus Christ warned of those preaching a different 'Jesus' which Islam does.
This is an excellent link and resource, thank you for posting it! I have spent the past hour or so reading it, and have hotlisted it for further research, it is very enlightening. Also, in what little research I have done into the "religion" of Islam, I have come to similar conclusions as the author (though he is infinitely more knowledgeable and educated than I!). I always appreciate affirmation when He gives it!
That doesn't give anyone any call to denigrate the quality of the New testament translations used by Arab Christians.
It provides clarity to all christians, no matter what language.
In addition to personage definitions of the word "god" there is also a generic definition: "Something that is worshiped, idealized, or followed." Some people put their salvation in money or arms and even some who put their fate in the hands of the devil himself. There are many gods to men who are searching for something outside of themselves. God Himself alluded to these gods we cling to. There is, however, only one living and loving God Who has revealed Himself throughout the ages. We can't know Him while serving them.
Is that a little less relativistic for you?
Yes.
OK use the New Testament to support this claim.
You are aware of course that Jesus, Paul and all the apostles used the Old Testament to preach.
Something that you refuse to do.
interesting...
I'll second Risha's motion.
If "The NT is sufficient", how does your position differ from one which would hold that the Koran supersedes prior revelations? Jesus, or more properly, Y'shua, based all his teaching upon the Torah, Prophets and Writings, as well as some oral Torah ("you have heard it said") How would you say that Jews of today recognize a different "pagan" "god" than that set forth in those same teachings.
In other words, Torah must be recognized as the basis for instruction about God, the Universe and Everything or one is no better off than a "prophet" who claims that his new personal revelation is better than yours.
