That doesn't cut it.
Phoenix was the first loss for Abp. Mahony. More will follow.
"Nixon was concerned that the same-sex couple was going out of its way to be a visible presence at the school. "I object to children seeing this sort of thing," he said of the double fathers fetching their children together after school. "It's not a sexual issue so much as it is a political one," he emphasized. "It seems to me that these two had a political agenda to make [same-sex family arrangements] acceptable at a Catholic school."
Give the man a prize!
Another in a long list of articles detailing why parents should very carefully look at the schools they send their children to, with a view toward homeschooling them anyway.
In my parish most of the people involved are women. The first thing that needs to be done is a movement to put back good christian men in the church. Men have sat back and let women run the church, I have seen it first hand. Here in our youth group there are mostly women running it, they need men. Good strong straight christian men. There must be an example for these kids especially the boys. Apparently the priests can't or won't be that example. Being a woman I have never understood why the men do not step up and let these women do everything.
Too many Priests present to us a feminized, denatured, wimpy, Jesus. He isn't my Jesus and the Priest and Parishoners knew it.
C'est la vie.
I think that is a story that has often been repeated. Good men volunteer, Fr. Sissy refuses - they know real men preach Jesus, praise Virtue, condemn Vice etc - and Parishoners conclude "where are all the men?"
Due to a compromising attitude with modernity - expecially homosexuality - AmChurch has emasculated itself.
BTW, I am not a angry, fire and brimstone man. In fact, I begin religion with Happiness. WS are all created for Happiness. That said, I don''t mince (pun intended) words about deadly perversion
Thanks, Sandy. That was kind. And, it marks you as a radical :)
