Oh come on, do you really honestly believe some men are not obviously homos? It is not simply a matter of behavior, but also of inclination. I personally don't see why the Church doesn't prohibit such ordinations altogether (better safe than sorry), but will admit that such action is NOT the solution to pedophile priests. The real answer would be for the Church to immediately report such crimes to the police first, and if the man is found guilty, excommunication. The fact that Christ's sacrifice can pay the penalty for this sin, is not an excuse to protect these men from the legal consequences of committing a terrible crime, and I will never understand why this was not always obvious to the heirarchy.
