At the end of the Mass many of the those present, including some of the cardinal electors, broke into applause. According to our source, this served as a "first ballot" indicating those in favor and those against, who kept both hands tightly gripping their Mass booklets.

'Tis, but I wish it were sourced or the letter made public which it never would be if it exists. More dirty laundry but I believe in letting it all out, sitting down and praying about it and then acting to make sure there will never be additional dirty laundry again.
