Under the official Dutch criminal justice system, capital murder is punishable, at max, by up to 18 months in a freedom limited facility where marijuana will be distributed free of charge only three times a week (but, is available for sale at ALL other times) and pizzas, bimbos, and fairies can be ordered and delivered around the clock.
