Very simple directions: toss everything in the blender and mix.
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit, as peach, strawberry, pear, (or 1 cup fresh)
- 1/4 cup soft tofu
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Splenda
- 1 20-gram scoop (3/4 oz.) of low-carb soy powder
