As usual the Left needs to be needed and wants women to know they can't handle a crude advance without them. I do believe there are laws on the books to protect women and men from sexual harrassment and assault. I also understand things are very strict on college campuses.

Yes there are. And I also believe women can be assertive about their desires to men. If a woman doesn't say something when a man makes a pass upon her, he takes it as a signal to proceed further. Women need to speak up since men can't read their minds.
