Jack Ryan is the best conservative candidate and leading in most polls. He would tear apart any Democrat in the general election.
Rauschenberger's a'ight too.
Borling is kind of a nut. Oberweis once called pro-lifers "Taliban" but now claims to be pro-life himself.

This is good news for the GOP. Fewer candidates, more focused resources, easier time at unifying behind one candidate after the primary, easier for Republicans to evaluate the field of candidates in depth and make a good choice.

Jack Ryan has already started running tv/radio ads. They highlight the fact that he quit a successful investment banking job to teach in a Chicago government school that was predominantly African-American.
