I know little about this case. But, if all these judges have heard all this, then I trust their ruling. $350,000 is nothing. This sounds like a bunch of paranoid conspiracy theory crap to me.

There is certainly more to the story than is what is in these articles. For one thing, they never mention that Terri was bulemic and probably suffered a heart attack. Instead many people on these threads insinuate that her husband strangled her.
On the other hand, there is a very real right-to-life case here even if that life is less functional than others. The anti-michael folks have poisoned these threads and turned them into what you correctly perceive as a conspiracy.
