The problem, of course, is sorting out who's a nutcase and who's not. We can't just send every muslim or everyone with a suspicious name packing.

I wouldn't have any problem with eliminating confirmed terrorists, through imprisonment, execution, or "banishment to the sandbox."

If they're into suicide bombings and the like, they'll fit better in the "sandbox" culture than this one. I don't think citizenship should include the right to terrorize your fellow citizens.
