I was wondering when they would ask for the other two
I got a kick out of this quote .. cause I remember a time when Rendel and Street couldn't stand one another
"There are a lot of things Mayor Street, like all of us, can be criticized for," Rendell said after the meeting. "But John Street is as honest a public servant as I've known. He'll leave, when he does, as a poor man."

John Street may well end up leaving as a poor man. But it would be a sad testimony to public service if he turns out to be as honest a public servant as Rendell has known (might be true of Philadelphia, however.)

Well, all Rendell said is that he hasn't known a public servant more honest than John Street. Honesty's a relative thing.
To: aristeides
Well true, you do have a point
But in all honesty, Rendel is out of his mind to put John Street and honesty in the same sentence

I'm a public servant (bureaucrat) myself. So I'm not particularly happy with what Rendell said. At least I can say that he doesn't know me, so I didn't figure in what he said.
To: aristeides
Well, I look at the source and make my opinions from there .. those two have a history in Philly ..
But I understand your point

FRY MUMIA!
To: Mo1
LOL .. Rendell was on Channel 6 telling the reporters that they need to get a life and report on something more important because there is no story here Clear evidence he's being coached by the "Move On - Nothing to See Here Folks" Clintonistas......

A few years back there was a protest down in Philly
One side of the street kept screaming FREE MUMIA!
While the other side of the street screems FRY MUMIA!
It went back and forth for some time

Rendell said after the meeting. "But John Street is as honest a public servant as I've known. Considering the circles Rendell runs in, that's entirely possible. Eddie should include himself in that group.

Dog thanks for the ping.
This is great!
How many other mayors across the nation are in need of a big supply of Depends after they read/hear about this.
I think that we will read about dozens of similiar sweetheart deals all over California in the next months after Herr Davis is disposed of.
Of course this will lead to more bankruptcies of the companies in bed with the rats, and GW will be blamed for the bankruptcies of left wing criminal corporations.

Of course this will lead to more bankruptcies of the companies in bed with the rats.....
Ahhhh. Music to my ears.

After the description given this "sculpture" (cough, cough) given by Frank Rizzo that you posted, I had to see it for myself ;-). Rizzo is dead on - that is one UGLY piece of "artwork" and yes, it resembles a big tall DOG PILE.
