God gives each of us the free will to choose between right and wrong. Limbaugh had the ability and the means to choose right; he chose wrong.

God gives each of us the free will to choose between right and wrong. Limbaugh had the ability and the means to choose right; he chose wrong. Absolutely. Just as we all have at one point or another (or even many others). And now (just like each of us) he has the chance to choose right. I hope he makes it - not for talk radio's sake, but for his own sake.

Indeed. He chose to have a back injury which resulted in the initial prescription for the medication, leading to the addiction.

Exactly, and you have chosen to be a judgemental, condescending, pitiless creep. Best of luck with it, "Lucky."

Interesting logic Lucky, I am well versed in the Bible and I don't remember seeing abuse of prescription drugs as a mortal sin, of course maybe I missed the part God had you write personally. Probable got left out in the translation where they messed up and said God forgives us, but Mr. Lucky doesn't

And I ask you, what exactly is wrong with taking pain medication if you are in extreme pain? If I were Limbaugh, i'm not sure I would make a different choice. The choice is between laying on the bed in extreme agony doing nothing with your life or popping a hundred pills in order to be able to function. In my opinion, there is nothing sinful or wrong that Limbaugh has done. Breaking the LAW is not always sinful, either.
