All reasoning patriots are 'threats' to a state that demands such a prequalification to bear arms..

I don't think we're in disagreement, unless somehow you're mistakenly attributing those statements to me, rather than the laws in Illinois.

I'm simply pointing out the abuseiveness of the existing law.
