Addiction to prescription drugs is not a crime.

You are correct in saying that we do not know yet whether or not Rush did anything illegal. However, *if* it turns out he did, I think even Rush would agree he should receive the proper punishment under the law.

I think even Rush would agree that he should be prosecuted under the law, same as the next person, and that he should provide for the most capable defense of himself as he can.

I doubt he would himself, nor would he ask another to, just plead guilt and offer himself up to the sheriff for incarceration.

I agree he would. I just have very little patience for the folks on this forum who are quick to "eat our own" rather than wait for real charges. The only charges leveled so far have been by the media, not the authorities. I prefer to wait and see what the real charges are.
