Did you read his statement?

Yes, he stated he first stated taking prescription drugs that were prescribed by his doctor.

Did you notice when the statement didn’t say. It didn’t say that he didn’t eventually begin obtaining those same drugs illegally, as the story that exposed his problem has claimed.

I know, I know, his lawyers have advised him not to discuss that. Let’s see if you can figure out exactly why his lawyers have advised him not to discuss that. It's kinda obvious.

A denial of illegality can absolutely never hurt your case if in fact you have done nothing illegal.

I'm convinced Rush broke the law. There's no way he ingested tons of pills legally. His legal dance supports that.

This is where his legal council comes in. Unless this is you, I think he's probably better off listening to the lawyers he's hired to help him with the legal issues.

Perception and law are two different things. There have not been any charges yet that I've heard of only allegations by the media. Instead of beating the snot out of him with useless and inflammatory speculation, why don't we just see what happens, shall we?
