He's not long-haired, maggot infested, nor is he dope smoking. he's addicted to PRESCRIPTION pain killers. He's not some homeless, wino living on the street or on the public hand-out. So a rich addict who can afford his drugs is better than a poor addict who can't?
The rich addict should get treatment while the poor addict should go to prison,huh?
Well for one thing the rich addict doesn't steal or prostitute themselves to get their drugs.....I'm not condoning his drug use, but I do not think he should be compared to the bums that live under the freeway.
