Just a minor point but he wasn't "caught" with anything. Riiight... not yet, however IF the information the housekeeper turned-over to the authorities proves to be true then he's got a lot of explaning to do: in front of a judge. Also, if everything he had was on the up-and-up then he'd have receipts to show and a physician or pharmacist attesting to the legal prescriptions and sales.
We'll see what the investigators turn up in the coming times.

The housekeeper has made accusations, nothing more. He could very well have purchased these drugs from her, but barring real evidence or Rush forgoing is Constitutional Right against self incrimination, it would be next to impossible to convict him.
