Uh by Clinton's non-leadership on the drug issue. Hey the election results don't lie. In 2002 with Clinton out of the White House all the pro-drug states intitatives failed misreably, while with Clinton in the White House the most pro-drug state intitatives passed.

So you give Clinton credit for somehow enacting state initiatives, but give him a free pass for signing the most draconian FEDERAL laws into action?

I think you need to study up and find out what part of government the President is in charge of.
