SCO stock has been on a tear (shooting from a 52-week low of 78 cents to a recent high of $20.85), trading these days around $16.40.

Red Hat filed a motion for discovery in the past couple of days. There are a lot of specific demands, including anything describing or referring to the "Linux Lottery". I'll guess that Red Hat got info from an insider and learned the internal nickname for SCO's pump-and-dump scheme.

SCO has counter-filed a motion to delay discovery until their previous motion to dismiss Red Hat's suit has been either granted or denied.
