I think you might be right. In any case, this whole acutane=suicide connection is a little weird. I heard of some parents that went around making it their mission to educate people about acutane after their kid committed suicide. Teenagers are typically moody. And I imagine a kid with a lot of acne might be especially sensitive. It could just be coincidence that acutane is targetted toward a very emotionally sensitive group of people. By the way, it could have been the rock music. Maybe acutane doesn't mix well with Eminem.

That was how they originally tried to spin it. They also tried to spin him as being a young conservative, Tom Clancey fan, and they said that his plane crash was not a terrorist act. Only some of those things was true:

Sounds like a terrorist to me (even if he was a crackpot). Additionally he called his act "terrorist" (whether it was him or someone else who crossed the word out of his letter). After all, it appears in his first sentence. He could have just started the letter over...
