If you don't want to use your regular email address, use a disposable mailinator address; it's free. You just use any name and add
"@mailinator.com". It could be
32lfmde4@mailinator.com, upyours@mailinator.com, etc. You can then go to the website and check to see if you have a response at that address. The downside is that anyone can check your email (there is no log in at the site), so use an address that's not very common.
