I hope she enjoys her time in the witness chair, especially when she is questioned about what she did for the girl besides picking up the phone to call the cops on the boy. What a career killer.
I hope the kid doesn't cop a plea and that he asks for a jury trial.
I've heard of cases where a prosecutor can't get anyone to sit on the jury because potential jurors feel the charges are so outrageous.
If that's the case, maybe they can charge the boy with spitting on the sidewalk.
