YEah, but for which district?

Lamar Smith has most of Austin - in 21.

This is funny: "The Austin-to-McAllen district seeks to limit minority-voting strength by packing in Hispanics, while the Austin-to-Houston district denies black and Hispanic voters the opportunity to influence elections, he said."

he's trying to have it both ways! The Austin to Houston doesnt 'deny' hispanic and black voters any opportunity, it has fewer minorities than 15 does. ... and frnakly he could have run in 15.

"YEah, but for which district? " -that was a joke. I'm reading into it he means #10.

And I meant district 25, which goes into Travis county, not district 15, which doesnt.
