It is terrible the way this woman is being attacked over her alleged history of mental illness.
Depressed people are no more likely to lie than anyone else.
And, like anyone else, they can be raped.
If she has a history of making false allegations of crime of any sort, I believe the judge will allow the defense to present that evidence. I haven't heard anything to convince me that she has such a history.
Otherwise, her mental health records should be excluded.

I should have added - I worked with the mentally ill for 10 years before I changed careers.
Except for the seriously delusional, which no one believes of her, the mentally ill are more likely to tell the truth because they don't understand the implications of it.
