Last Friday night on CBS 48 Hours Investigation, they did a show on this; they interviewed a guy in jail who went to a fratnerity party with a girl, they got drunk, she asked him back to her dorm room, undressed and asked for a back rub, they started having sex, she said no, he stopped.

And he's in jail for life.
