The emotionally/mentally unstable people are most likely to be victims of rape. Their own bad judgment makes them vulnerable to just this kind of attack.

Roy Black on MSNBC says he hasn't seen enough physical evidence to prove the case. I believe he was at the hearing today so it gives me pause.

In defense of the prosecutors, another attny is saying that the fact she told someone immediately afterwards is a strong indication it did happen. Jeralyn (take a valium please) Merrit is saying the defense poked a lot of holes in the case however another attny said the blood on her panties (first I've heard this) completely verifies her story.
