Colorado laws are supposedly the toughest victim protection rules in the nation and as far as I know they are not allowed to get them and previous history is NOT considered. Even if she was a prostitute it could not be mentioned unless relevant to the case. (Now, that's fuzzy memory that I am working here with).

A defendant has a Constitutional right to "face" his accuser.
If he's convicted, you can bet that will be appealed.
