MEXICO CITY - Mexican federal lawmakers yesterday bemoaned Hollywood action star Arnold Schwarzenegger's election as California governor and issued a stern call to the novice politician to respect the rights of Mexican migrants in North America's largest state. "This is something about which Mexican migrants should be very concerned," said Rep. Carlos Jimenez, secretary of the foreign relations committee in Mexico's lower house of Congress.

Interesting though that Jimmy Carter had his freight paid by the Mexican Government to jet down to Mexico City to offer up concerns of the Mexican Government, demanding illegal entry into our country be unchallenged by the person sworn to uphold same laws as the Governor!
Boggles the mind and certainly puts some coin in Jimmy's fanny pack........
All one need ask anymore these here days, is "just who's paying the freight?"

Exactly. These people are here as criminals. They want to be treated fairly, then come here legally as many other Mexicans do and work for it.

Perhaps it was a Fruedian slip on Mexico's part....thinking that California is already theirs! Well, in effect, it is.

That's like calling The Peoples Democratic Republic of Korea
(North Korea) "left leaning".

"We aren't trying to interfere in the internal politics of the United States, but the new governor should know that whatever violation or setback to the rights of Mexicans living in California will be denounced in the Mexican Congress."
What would happen if I picked up my family and moved down to Mexico, demanded that my child be educated in English, and refused to get documentation or permission to live there? What would happen if I demanded medical services, welfare, driver's license, etc? I'd be thrown in jail, that's what, and when my sentence was done I'd be deported out of the country.
Sounds fair, let's follow Mexico's lead in this matter.

Oh, maybe we've been taking the wrong tack on this guys. Maybe we should welcome illegals with open arms. All we have to do is impose a 90% tariff on money leaving the US and our budget problems would be solved. That's it, tax money leaving the US.

Mexico has already invaded our country. What else could they do to for us?A statement most likely uttered numerous times in "liberal think tank" discussions all over the country!

Arnold appears not to be the ruler of Aztlan. If the Mexican regime hates him, I see it as a good sign.
Pete Wilson + everybody else needs to remind Arnold that the last guys who pandered to the illegal immigrant agenda lost by a landslide.
To: Cobra64
You put it perfectly, that's how I feel also.
Who the hell does this idiot Jiminez think he is?
