Thanks for the recipe - I am thawing some frozen chicken thighs and was trying to figure out what to do with them. Chicken cacciatore sounds good - but doesn't it need bacon?

Bacon is great if it hasn't been smoked in a strong Hickory, or the like.. otherwise just olive oil and onion, garlic and peppers.. If you want a nice underlying taste use anything with pork.. as in neck bones.. Good Luck LOL
