But not because he's too old. Pepper, 31, believes companies won't hire him because he's too young. Someone ought to tell Jeremy that 31 ain't that young. He's begining his prime earning years. Maybe he can't get hired because he has no discernable job skills.

When I asked him what he meant, he said, "Well, you're obviously too young to be a lawyer." I smiled and told him that I was admitted to practice in four states. You just can't let this stuff bother you.
