If you use the Mozilla browser, you can simply select portions of a web page, select the 'view selection source' option from the operate menu (the pop-up menu that appears when you press the right mouse button), and a new window will open that contains the html that corresponds to the selected portion of the web page. You can then copy this html into an FR posting window.
However, it is usually the case that any images (graphics) that were in the original page will be encoded using relative URLs, instead of absolute URLs. You'll have to manually convert the relative URLs to absolute URLs in order for them to be correctly displayed when posted.
