We need 50% + 1 for the recall.
The ACLU and the Ninth Circuit were talking about 2%-3% error rates in the different voting methods. I think we need to be at 55% or above to keep the Rats from taking this to court.

Just heard Howie Carr quote FR on exit poll results.

One item everyone seems to overlook -- when you add the NO on recall (i.e., Davis voters) + the Bustamante voters, the majority of the voters are voting Democratic. Without Bustamante entering the race, I think the recall would have been very close.
