I voted this morning at the usual place, told 'em our name and address, they looked it up on a printout, didn't ask for ID.
Me too! I just had to recite my address to them to validate that it was me. That's it. What a joke.

"any one can vote"
I know of a few requirements, you must be 18, a citizen, and in most states a non-felon.

Illegals cross the border and vote here in south Texas also.
They should make the federal election of president a national holiday and close the borders.
I read a few of the California threads this week. I did not comment as I don't have a dog in that hunt. However, you get an A+ for standing by your beliefs and convictions.

The Democrats get the majority of Mexican votes. They always have and always will.
Dick Gephart told a bunch of hispanics in San Antonio recently, that if you want to live like a Republican then vote Democrat.

This is growing and will be a big issue in th4 next presidential election IMHO. But also up to us, for NO PARTY OFFICIAL is on "our" side.

How in the hell could I be a citizen and eligible to vote if I can't speak English? Anyone? It's at least theoretically possible, as people in Puerto Rico (whose official language is Spanish) are U.S. citizens, and are eligible to vote if they move to the mainland, though I doubt there are many Puerto Ricans in California.

told 'em our name and address, they looked it up on a printout, didn't ask for ID. At my polling place (in Orange County), there was a sign saying "it is illegal for anyone to ask any voter to show identification."
To: Howie
No, you just have to have the balls to claim you are eligible and get an on-the-spot registration.
Massive vote fraud is simple and it occurs on a wholesale scale.
And it isn't Republicans doing it.

California Democratic Party sent thousands (upwards of 4 million by some estimates) of mailers out to immigrants who had citizenship requests before the INS.
