I don't know if the governor's brief is better than nothing. Time will tell. As we near the afternoon of Oct. 15, I am most apprehensive, for I do not have the trust in "our courts" that the governor maintains. I just don't expect anything positive from tomorrow' hearing. Oh, I hope I am wrong.
