I can tell you this much now: I-395 (inside the Beltway). Take exit 7 for S. Glebe Road northbound. Go about 5 miles and 17th Road S. will be on your right. I'll check it out in the morning.

The address is bogus. 17th Road South is only a few blocks long, and the house numbers are in the 3000 range.
