It's a double joke, actually. According to the maker, it refers to two goats (the symbol of "bock" beer) butting heads. Oddly enough, though, the word "butt" also refers to a size of barrel, which could also apply.

Righto. Now if it is a bock I find it even better, even though a bock is a lager. The traditional English measurements were in butts. Ha'butt, full butt and so on. You get the cookie.
