That's about the same as Nashville.
Commercial rates are harder though. Mine run about 10% of gross rents annually.
Homes are about 1% of value as a rule more or less.
Don't get me started on F&E taxes...ouch
But we do not have a state income tax yet our sales tax is 9.25%
I hate to admit it but I would not be suprised to see Prop 13 on the table in Kali at some point.
