They've actually built a hotel (I think it's a Courtyard, but I'm not sure) right beside the Holiday Inn. I would imagine the Holiday Inn managers aren't too pleased about it. The Courtyard faces the main road and pretty much blocks the view of the Holiday Inn, lol. Anyways, that might be where the 7-11 was before. Either that, or I'm not paying enough attention and managed to miss it :).

Sounds about right- I recall the gas station side faced the street and the convenience store section was in the rear, but connected.
I was a mailman of sorts and used to drop off documents packs and light packages out that way off Route 123 at times. I probably wouldn't even recognize the area now, but I probably ate at every restaurant around the mall at one time or another and recall some interesting conversations in the Holiday Inn downstairs bar. Not all of which were in English.
