Remember Arnold is for 2nd trimester abortions.

"I support a womans right to choose. I support the states current family planning programs, and as governor, would make no changes to this policy."
I do not support partial birth abortion. I am in favor of parental notification, but I believe there must be a mechanism available where an individual can seek counsel from an outside entity, perhaps the courts.

Schwarzenegger is a slight improvement on the status quo, and is no worse than McClintock in his planned changes; but his position on abortion is wretched. It is a pity he's our best choice, but there it is.

So California should have a governor who is incompetent, is an unrepentant racist, supports driver's licenses for illegals, and believes the answer to the state budget crisis is more taxes, and oh by the way, is 100% hard-core PRO-ABORTION!! How in the bloody world is it the pro-life position to help put a guy in office who is going to make it easy for terrorists to get California ID? How is it the pro-life position to help Planned Parenthood's favored candidate get into office?
The worst that can happen if Arnold gets in is that they'll be in the same fix as now, minus the racist-sympathizer governor (Davis) and the IDs for illegals, which might make the difference between whether Al-Qaida hits us again or not. I could see this as a moral dilemma if Bustamente was a pro-lifer, but he's not, and a vote for McClintock is a vote for Bustamente. "Principle" that helps Bustamente win is no principle at all.
