I quit buying Bud after my first trip to the UK in 1976 . The food over there isn't the greatest , but the beer is numero uno IMO .
What are you buying? Quick! I need a replacement. . .

Well , right now I am quaffing Japanese brew ( lager ) as it is all that is available in this boondock town I live in . If you've been drinking piss lager Bud , a switch to English ales / bitters/ stouts will enliven your taste buds ( no pun intended ) to the umpteenth degree my man ! No idea what is available in West Texas . Samuel Smiths ; Bass ; Whitbread ; etc...check the expiry dates to make sure you are not getting old stuff . Let us know how you make out !

Tetley is a good UK beer that I drink. It's available in many supermarkets.
After returning from Eastern Europe two weeks ago, I ordered a case of Okecim beer brewed in Poland. It's expensive here, but is excellent.

Try Red Stripe. It doesn't taste like beer, but it sure tastes good.

HEB has a fine selection of German, English and Irish beers.
Pinkies also has a good selection at certain stores.
