Not to completely change the subject, but any word on when Shelley will certify? The newsies keep bandying around the notion of the 39 day outer limit, but given the 10% point differential, I'm optimistic the counties will wrap up their counting by Thursday to let the SoS certify by Friday.

I think he'll be pressured to certify early. Any dragging out of the issue will just tick off California voters even more.
