I saw Bustamante's concession speech. He did concede -- although he talked more about prop 54, and what great victory it was for them, that it was defeated. Talking about finding the silver lining. LOL

Chris Matthews got a serious bee in his bonnet for the last several minutes, ranting about Arnold "assaulting" these women.
