Why not. Latinos are already very fiscally and socially conservative, many being Catholic. I just don't think we should pander to them like the GOP does. Just talk to them as conservatives and let them make up their own minds.
It's stupid to talk in Spanish (but not stupid to run ads in Spanish, totally different as long as it's an overdub and not the candidate) and really stupid to think they want welfare and handouts.
Legal Latino immigrants don't want illegal immigrants coming in and taking jobs and getting gov't handouts any more than whites.
